Most of my artworks reflect my cultural point of view as well as things that have moved me. Despite being Chinese, I was born in Japan and have been impacted by Japanese culture since I was young. Throughout my artistic process, I place a strong focus on my connection to the work. First, it expands on the significance and depth of my distinct point of view. Different people will interpret an artwork differently, but the artwork must have a central topic to elicit emotional responses from the audience. I generally look for inspiration in media outside of what I'm currently utilizing at the moment. For instance, some music artists are my muse for my design process.Fashion design student at Parsons School of Design with experience in design assistance, collection development, social media marketing, and digital visual editing.
